Responsibilities: signing contracts, generating invoices, supervising and controlling documents flow, creating and changing databases with customers’ data, generating telephone billings, creating letters to internal and external customers.
2009 I have a shop with flowers and different thing for gift.
2009-2011I work In my mother’s florist's. The florist’s was opened in 1978 at the University of Technology in Krakow and belonged to my grandparents first. Besides my grandparents my mother was working there. After my grandparents’ retire, my mother run it on her own until now. When I was in high school I started helping them. Therefore I am in touch with flowers from my childhood. Forming bouquets, making decors gives me great pleasure. I am able to make occasional bouquets, garlands, Ikebana, decors of churches, cars, ballrooms for various occasions.
2011 - now I am working in the office AGH; Responsibilities: signing contracts, generating invoices, supervising and controlling documents flow, creating and changing databases with customers’ data, creating letters to internal and external customers.
