Employer pais for 1st week accomodation, then help to find accomodation thereafter.
Normally rooms are between 60 GBP and 70 GBP per week. Existing staff and management always helps in this matter.
Have good contacts in diferent areas regarding finding accomodation.

Some experience will be good but not allways important if candidate is willing to learn as training is given.
