If so we want to hear from you as no prior experience is required for these positions as: Customer Account Agents. These are full time permanent positions:
- 75 places in 2014 for those with 6 months telemarketing experience at higher pay
- 250 places in 2014 for those with no experience but excellent English/Polish skills

FOR CANDIDATES WITH NO EXPERIENCE BUT EXCELLENT ENGLISH/POLISH SKILLS
£13,500 to £15,000 basic + Bonus + Holidays + Other Benefits
Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be worked within the hours of 8 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 5.30 pm at the weekend (£6.90-£7.69 an hour)
On Target Earnings £19 000 – £21 000 (£9.70-£10.75).
FOR CANDIDATES WITH AT LEAST 6 MONTHS TELEMARKETING EXPERIENCE
£16,000 to £18,000 pa + Bonus + Holidays + Other Benefits
Hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week. Shifts will be worked within the hours of 8 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday, and 9 am to 5.30 pm at the weekend (£8.20-£9.20 an hour)
On Target Earnings £22,000 – 24,000 (£11.28 -£12.30)
Bonuses are earned by achieving the targets set by our client and following the scripts that are provided.

JOB DESCRIPTION
|
We are looking for people with good customer service abilities and fluent communication skills to help influence the development of our client’s thriving financial service business:
Your main duties will be handling new credit card accounts and selling ancillary products and services described below. You could be in any of the following sections:
Finance, New Accounts, Customer service, or Anti fraud sections
Credit Card Accounts, 50-70 a day
Handling Inbound and Outbound calls from existing and new clients; an excellent telephone manner is required
Entering data into the companies records; where accuracy is vital
Customer Service- taking customer queries and payments.
Collections -receiving and chasing payments.
Fraud- tracking down fraudulent applications.
A flexible approach is expected of all staff. Above all, you will be a team player with the ability to remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate confidence and enthusiasm at all times
Essentially you will have experience within a target driven sales environment, along with experience in a customer focused role and have good keyboard skills. It is also essential that you have good written and numerical skills. Ideally you will be educated to GCSE standard in English and Maths.

ACCOMMODATION
|
For one week you will stay in a hotel close to your place of work. This will cost you £177 payable upfront. The hotel cost is £77 on a shared room basis and the £100 is the booking fee that covers the hotel but also relocating you to shared private accommodation at the end of week one where the cost will be L60 a week to include all bills but no food. The contract is with a separate company.

1. CV in English.
2. Interview Process:
This will be in two stages. Will be with the recruitment team and will be conducted in English and is aimed at asking and answering any questions. Wherever possible this will be by Skype.
The second interview will be with the client and will, in all probability be conducted in Polish. During this interview a salary will be negotiated and if agreeable the client will send a contract of employment directly to you. Once you have accepted inductions occur on a regular basis and you will start work within 2 to 6 weeks from acceptance of the contract.
